The Color Of Love
Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner for two or hosting a party for all your pals, no Valentine's Day get-together is complete without some love-inspiring decor. Skip the store-bought stuff and make these easy DIY decorations using Kassa chalk markers
Be My Valentine Sign
We heart this one. Ask the person you love to be your Valentine with this simple yet totally adorable “Be My Valentine” sign covered in red hearts. @quintocreations went above and beyond by sticking her chalkboard paper to a thicker paper/cardboard and creating a way to hang her sign. But for those of us who look for an easier way out, you can use her gorgeous lettering and design as the base for a simple sign you can frame or place on a stand. Everyone could use a valentine, all you need it a cute way to ask.
Piece Of My Heart Magnet
Give someone a piece of your heart with these love-themed wooden magnets. Get some wood slices (find them on Etsy), attach a magnet sticker to the back and cut out a circle of chalkboard paper and stick it on the front. Take your lovely red marker and put your heart into decorating it. We know @letteringyourway did when she made this one.
Love Is all You Need Framed Decor
Show the person you love that their love is all you need. And all you need to complete this project is a wooden frame, red, pink & white markers and chalkboard paper. @thediyday carefully used this lettering technique to add some dimension to her letters. With this technique, she was able to fill in the empty spaces with pink hearts and white dots, adding an extra layer of love to her work. We love this framed sign!
Put your heart into your Valentine’s Day decor and you’ll surely make the ones you love feel special. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! XOXO, Kassa
