What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.
How do I return my product?

U.S. Customers: You have 4 options when making a return:
- Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
- Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Or for any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery
- Exchange: Kassa will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us email: firstname.lastname@example.org or chat
- Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at kassausa.com at checkout.
Items not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards
- Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)
If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.

Kassa will cover the cost of shipping (items are returned via USPS).
We will provide you with a USPS label and all you have to do is drop it off at any USPS location. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund
